Hi just a few questions:
- Was there any installation errors?
- Did you do a clean install of v3 or a installation over the top of v2?
- Is your DNS pointing inside or outside ?
- What server operating system are you using? 32bit or 64bit?

support@amieducation.com along with the following log files found in the Ranger Account Manager installation directory:
- configuratortrace.txt
- ram2_log.txt (may read ram3_log.txt)
- RamInstallerLog.txt
Along with any Event Viewer errors that may relate to the time of the error.
