Hi, We recently upgraded to Ranger 6.0 and have tried to upgrade to Ranger Account Manager 3.0. The problem I have is that RAM connects OK but when it tries to open it goes to a screen stating that it is getting Domain Information, it stays on this for about 2 minutes then comes up with an error stating that it has failed. Our active directory is quite large as we use the Capita learning gateway and the user base
is approx 3500. Anybody any ideas??

Hi just a few questions:

- Was there any installation errors?
- Did you do a clean install of v3 or a installation over the top of v2?
- Is your DNS pointing inside or outside ?
- What server operating system are you using? 32bit or 64bit?

Be good if you could your response to us via email at support@amieducation.com along with the following log files found in the Ranger Account Manager installation directory:

- configuratortrace.txt
- ram2_log.txt (may read ram3_log.txt)
- RamInstallerLog.txt

Along with any Event Viewer errors that may relate to the time of the error.
