Can Access Ranger Outpost But Cant Copy Or Save

Right ive had a fair bit of trouble with ranger outpost but finally got it so the new users i set up can connect up to it.

But now they are saying they cant save anything or copy anything and it just says access denied. So id presume its a permissions problem but where should i be looking to change it?

These will be the file permissions on your servers shared directory(s) and the share itself possibly.

Are these the same shares that are used in the school without any issues or alternate shares for remote access?

I would set the shares to full access to everybody and then use file and folder permissions for security control of your users. If these are set correctly Outpost works fine usually.
